Notes
Inspired by Leonard Cohen's 'Dance Me to the End of Love'.Cohen said that this song - an apparent celebration of passionate, romantic love - was, in fact, sparked by the thought that, during the holocaust, musicians were forced to play classical music to accompany fellow prisoners to their deaths.
Framed in 1.8cm x 2.2cm solid wood, with 4.4cm cream mount.
Created for King Street Studios' 'Art of Music' exhibition (11th September - 19th October 2019).
